I run a nonprofit who was busy helping Pasadena Humane and spcaLA during the recent LA wildfires. I was expecting a package but going to my box hasn't been always convenient. I asked 3 staff, including a manager to please call or email, I have an urgent package for Pasadena Humane.
No call. 3 weeks go by and I went in to get the mail. The package was there. The employee's first words " I just work here" when I asked about the details.
Now it is time for a new box and since I can't forward from a PO I'll have to change my company's info, because anymore, a review like this does not get resolution, it gets retaliation.
