A mailbox rental service allows busiesses and individuals to rent a physical mailbox with a private address to securely recieve their mail.

Instead of receiving mail or publicly listing your home address, your mail and records will now go to your PostUp private address.

When your mail and packages arrive at our location, we'll place them into your mailbox. If the item doesn't fit in your mailbox, we'll hold it for you at no extra charge.

Mailbox tenants will have 24/7 access to their mailbox. Oversized packages can be picked up during normal business hours.

To rent a mailbox and pick up your keys, you’ll need to show two valid IDs: one photo ID and non-photo ID.

Your ID must be current, contain sufficient information to confirm that you are who you claim to be, and be traceable to you. Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are not acceptable IDs. We'll accept:

  • Valid driver's license or state ID card.
  • Military, government, university, or recognized corporate ID.
  • Passport, alien registration card, or certificate of naturalization.
  • Current lease, mortgage, or deed of trust.
  • Voter or vehicle registration card.
  • Home or vehicle insurance policy.

Yes, you can send packages to your PostUp mailboxes. We'll place the packages inside of your mailbox.
If the package is too large for the mailbox, we'll hold it for you at no extra cost.

You'll recieve a note in your mailbox notifying you that we're holding a package for you. Come to the front counter with the note for your package.

We sort mail and packages into our customer's mailboxes immediately everyday except Sunday.

Deliveries are dropped off at various times throughout the day depending on the carrier.

Yes of course, just give us a call or email and we'll forward your mail anywhere in the world.
